Each part of the PRP procedure is fast and simple. It all begins with a simple blood draw from your arm, much as if you were giving blood for a test.
Depending on your goals, we may take one or several test tubes of your blood. We then use a specialized centrifuge to double-spin the tubes. The first spin separates the solids from the liquid (i.e., plasma) portion of your blood. The second further isolates the healing platelets.
